1Who we are

Arbour Longevity is a regenerative aesthetics and longevity clinic at 2217 Packard St #15, Ann Arbor, MI 48104. You can reach us on 734-436-3357 during clinic hours, or in writing at the address above. We are the party responsible for the information described in this policy.

2What this site collects

Information you give us. If you book a consultation, the booking form asks for your name, email address, phone number, and the appointment time you choose. You may add a short note about what you would like to discuss. That note is optional, and you should keep it general — see section 4.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this one records technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, the pages you view, and how long you spend on them. This is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.

What we do not collect here. This website does not ask for, and you should not send through it, medical history, diagnoses, medication lists, insurance details, or any government identification number.

3How we use it

We use the information above to schedule and confirm your consultation, to reply to what you asked us, to send appointment reminders and follow-ups about a visit you booked, to measure whether our advertising is reaching the right people, and to keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s independent marketing.

4Health information is handled separately

This is a marketing and scheduling website. It is not a patient portal and it is not the right place to describe a medical condition in detail. Please keep anything you type into the booking form general, and save the specifics for your consultation.

Once you become a patient, the health information you share with your clinician becomes part of your clinical record. That record is protected under HIPAA and is held in our clinical systems, not on this website. Requests about your clinical record should come to the clinic directly rather than through this site.

5Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses cookies and similar storage for two purposes. Essential ones keep pages loading correctly and let the booking form work. Measurement ones tell us, in aggregate, how people arrive at the site and which pages they read, including whether a visit followed one of our ads.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies may stop the booking form from working.

6Who else processes your information

We use a small number of providers to run this site, and they only handle your information to provide their service to us:

• HighLevel — hosting for this site, the consultation booking calendar, and the system that stores your enquiry and sends appointment messages.
• Google — web fonts, which means Google receives the IP address of visitors in order to serve them, and advertising measurement where we run ads.
• Our reviews provider — the patient reviews shown on this site are loaded from our reviews platform. Reading them does not require you to identify yourself.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect someone’s safety or our legal rights.

7Calls, texts and email

If you give us your phone number when booking, we may call or text you about that appointment — confirmations, reminders, and changes. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop appointment texts by replying STOP, or tell us at any time and we will take you off. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop us contacting you about an appointment you have already booked.

8How long we keep it

Enquiries and booking records are kept for as long as we need them to run the practice and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Clinical records are kept for the period required of a medical practice in Michigan, which is longer and is governed by law rather than by this policy.

9Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Call the clinic or write to the address in section 1 and tell us what you would like. We will ask you to confirm your identity before acting, and we will respond within the time the law allows.

Deleting a booking record does not delete a clinical record, which we may be required to retain.

10Children

This site is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information through it. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact the clinic and we will remove it.

11Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection and access to enquiry data is limited to people at the practice who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — which is another reason to keep clinical detail out of the booking form.

12Changes

If this policy changes we will post the revised version on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes will be described rather than quietly folded in.
